..well I guess it just had to be done!

..a dream for some time reverting back to my school days when my teacher would invite me up to the front of the class to perform my Frank Spencer impersonations on a friday afternoon...so guess I caught the comedy bug then! ...took the plunge & enrolled onto a 10 week; Stand Up Comedy course which aims to help students perform a five minute comedy routine in front of a live audience of 200!           Wow scary stuff! ...live gig -Maggie May's Glasgow went fantastic I loved it!

...had the compliment of the nite when the show's host recommended I enter the 'So You Think You're Funny?'..the best stand-up comedy competition for newcomers. I entered but alas didn't win then again neither did Jimmy Carr & look where he's at now! Anyhow its the taking part not the winning that counts..aye right!  My 2nd gig was in front of a audience of 300; I went as Pregnant Sister Bling Master of Ceremonies;  Sing a Long Sound of Music Lanark...what a laugh! 

 

Life's too short not to go for your dreams.... so that's the stand up comedy ticked off the bucket list...onwards & upwards...
