Ok I'll admit there are def more laughter lines in real life..now the history lesson...age 18 started a Degree in Quantity Surveying in my hometown Glasgow, left after 4 months..couldnt visualise myself walking round building sites in steel toe cap boots examining the cavities of walls. For the past 18 years my life has been a journey of awakening.. Having losing both my parents by the age of 22 I suffered a breakdown. After several years of recovery, re-training & personal development I discovered I wanted to help people live their best life.It has been my privilege to work with people's potential over the last 15 years, having trained over 4000 individuals through various personal development & business skills courses. My philosophy is that people have vast potential. Most people can do extraordinary things if they have confidence. I have set up several businesses along the way, made mistakes too; though in the words of Charles Rennie Mackintosh,  If you aren't making mistakes..you aren't trying hard enough..' I have also 'dabbled' in stand-up comedy..well life's too short not to live your dreams.

Don't ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go and do that.              Because what the world needs is people who have come alive..
